We require a 1 year lease on most properties.
After you fill in the appropriate online application and provide the necessary documentation we begin the screening process.
Our screening process includes the following:
- Criminal background check
- Credit check
- Employment verification
- Previous rental history check
- We will need a copy of your government issued identification
- We will need a copy of your last two paystubs
- If you renting under the section 8 program we will need a copy of your voucher
