Payment Policy

Rent is due in full by the 6^th of each month.  If the first of the month falls on a Sunday, then you have until midnight the following Friday (6^th) for receipt of your payment before late fees will be charged.

Late Fee Policy

• Rent is considered late if it is received on the 7^th or later.
• A late fee of 5% of the monthly rent will be charged on the 7^th
• A late fee of 1% of the monthly rent will be charged per day starting on the 8^th until paid.

If you call to let us know that rent will be late (before it is late) you may get some daily fees waived or discounted depending on the situation.
