Repair policy
- HVAC, sewer clogs, and water leaks are responded to the same or next day.
- HVAC and sewer clogs called in after 10am on Saturday will be scheduled for the following Monday.
- HVAC calls during extreme heat conditions in the summer may take longer as the reputable A/C companies will be busy with calls.
- Water leaks causing damage will be given the highest priority and responded the same day, even on Sundays.
